Warranty

All products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or alterations. To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team at affinewatches@gmail.com. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
